THIS IS NOT YOUR REGISTRATION LINK. To register, click here and follow instructions. This link allows you to do the following:
- Complete your registration with your specific identification and selections.
- Pay your balance of payment for the NASC Congress
- Get an invoice/receipt covering your amount paid and balance owed
- Receive the Booking ID associated with your reservation at the host hotel
- Select and Book Pre/ Post nights at the host hotel (or confirm/ change nights if you added extras with your Early Bird Deposit)
- Register a spouse/ guest as companion, if attending any of the events
- Inform us of any food allergies, menu restrictions, or special needs
- Leave us any special notes
Please note that the date of your FINAL payment, (NOT the date you made your deposit), determines the applicable price to attend the congress. This also applies to your guest, if any.
- Early Birds must pay their outstanding balance no later than the end of February 2024
- Other Participants, not associated to Early Birds, must pay their outstanding balance no later than the end of March 2024
